Woman’s Nutrition is dedicated to providing the most up to date nutritional advice and the high quality whole food based products to help women and children in their pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. Our Registered Dietitian can design a nutritional food plan for you and help you learn about making the right food choices to strengthen, support and provide wellness for all areas of your body.

About our Registered Dietitian

Rossana Rutledge is a board certified registered dietitian (RD) and a licensed dietitian (LD) in the state of Texas. Her goal as a counselor is to help women and children achieve optimal nutrition.

She received her undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition Science from the University of Houston and completed her graduate dietetic internship at San Francisco State University.

During her academic career she did practical training in research at Baylor College of Medicine on child and adult weight management. After completing of her BS degree, she worked for a Public Health agency specializing in pregnancy, infant and child nutrition in San Jose, California. Rossana also worked for Baylor College of Medicine as part of “Look Ahead Project” (ongoing obesity/diabetes research project) in Houston, Texas.

She most recently worked in the clinical setting as a Clinical Dietitian for St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston counseling patients with a variety of medical conditions including obesity, diabetes, gestational diabetes, high-risk pregnancy, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, gastro-intestinal disorders among other health conditions.

During the course her work experience she has empowered women and their children to obtain a healthier lifestyle.
